Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

  • Please note that all rod pockets, table covers, and other custom-made items can NOT be -     returned.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days AFTER the date of delivery. Anything past that date will not be processed by our system.
  • The product(s) must be in its original condition and must not be altered in any way (cuts, damages, wear, washing, etc.)
  • Packing slip & proof of purchase must be included with the return
  • Reason for return (does not affect return)

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. 

The best way to resolve this is to simply return your product for a refund and place a new order online.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, our return team will inspect it and the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 2-3 business days and you will receive an email notification confirming this.
