We believe that buying fabric shouldn&apos;t break the bank, and now we&apos;re here to ensure that. No middleman and no retail rents - just plenty of fabric at the absolute best prices.</p><h3 id="what-is-the-status-of-my-order">What is the status of my order?</h3><p>Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details.</p><p>Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with a tracking number and the link to track your order.</p><p>Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the &quot;order history&quot; section on your account page on the website.</p><h3 id="can-i-change-my-order">Can I change my order?</h3><p>We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.</p><p>Please contact our sales rep immediately to make changes to your order. Once the order has been cut, you will be unable to make changes to your order.</p><h3 id="where-do-you-ship-from">Where do you ship from?</h3><p>All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in New York, United States.</p><h3 id="isPasted">Do you offer swatches?</h3><p>Yes, we offer swatches for most of our products. Eligible products will have a &quot;Add Swatch&quot; button on the product page. Press this button to add the swatch to your shopping cart.</p><h3 id="isPasted">Does the fabric come in continuous piece lengths?</h3><p>Yes! If you place an order for 10 yards of fabric, the piece will come in a continuous piece length (not in 1-yard segments). However, please note that for larger quantity orders (greater than 20 yards), it is possible that the fabric will be prepared in more than one piece due to the fabric availability.&#xA0;</p><h3 id="isPasted">Do you accept returns?</h3><p>We accept returns within a 14-day window period from the time of delivery with no restocking fee! After this time period, orders are no longer eligible for returns/exchanges. You can visit our <a href="https://fabricwholesaledirect.com/pages/returns-portal"><u>return portal</u></a> to initiate your return.&#xA0;</p><h3 id="isPasted">Can I cancel an order?</h3><p>We allow cancellations up until the fabric has been cut. Once the fabric has been cut, there will be a cancellation restocking fee applied to your order. For some fabrics, no cancellation will be accepted. Please inquire with one of our sales reps.</p>

<h3 id="what-payment-methods-do-you-accept">What payment methods do you accept?</h3><p>You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.</p><p>We additionally offer support for PayPal and Apple Pay.</p><p>You can choose these payment methods at checkout.</p><h3 id="can-i-change-the-currency">Can I change the currency?</h3><p>We currently only support the USD so you can not change the currency on the website.</p><p>If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. How does it work?</h3><p>We have created a referral program to thank our customers for referring their friends and family.</p><p>To refer someone, you will first need to have an account on our online store.
